The suspect Wang Moudong (male, 40 years old) vented his emotions due to family conflicts and threw objects such as flower pots out of the window from his home on the 13th floor. No injuries were caused.
On July 1, Wang Moudong was criminally detained by the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau in accordance with the law on suspicion of endangering public safety by dangerous methods. The case is in further work.
