According to the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office, President Morota concealed the income of three real estate companies in Tokyo, such as "Alexex", for a total of more than 500 million yen in the two years until the adult, and evaded about 125 million yen. Therefore, there is a suspicion of violating the corporate tax law.

It is suspected that President Morota was making his income appear to be low by concluding a subcontracting contract with a real estate company owned by himself and recording a fictitious commission.
