Vladimir Putin, president for life? It is in any case one of the stakes of the poll which ends today in Russia. If adopted, the reform of the Constitution will indeed allow Vladimir Putin to run for two new terms and therefore remain in power until 2036. This “resetting” of the counters is not abnormal for supporters of the Russian president. For the opposition, on the contrary, it was a real "constitutional coup".
