Covid pandemic or 'empty pocket' pandemic? Seen from Afriqu, how to meet health and socio-economic challenges? What strategy for the south? Perspectives of researchers from the continent

Publicity

Let us change our perspective on the pandemic that strikes us and ask ourselves, seen from Africa, on its impact for the continent where this pandemic of covid is also called pandemic of empty pocket. How to meet the challenges, not only health but also and above all economic, social and political. What strategies to adopt in the different countries of the continent, what role can African scientists play? How can their experience of Ebola and so many other emerging or re-emerging diseases inspire us? What about research on plants and molecules used in traditional medicine? So many questions that we will raise without tongue in cheek with our guests, all involved and very engaged in research on the content. How to turn this terrible crisis into an opportunity?
