After a preliminary investigation, the suspect Yin Moumou (male, 40 years old, from Sichuan Ya'an) jumped off the building after his arson was set ablaze at the home of his ex-wife Xu Moumou, located in Unit 1, Unit 14, Building 6, Capital International City. Yin Moumou set fire to Xu Moumou death.
The report also stated that other residents of the building were evacuated in a timely manner, causing no casualties. The case is under further investigation.
