On July 12, autonomous elections are held in the Basque Country and the PNV appears again as the virtual winner of the same. Since the Basque Country was born as an Autonomous Community, the PNV has been the total dominator of Basque politics and institutions, with the exception of Patxi López's mandate as Lehendakari between 2009 and 2012. We are facing the most predominant political party in the same community. It accumulates a lot of power and, above all, a lot of influence in the sphere of Spanish global politics. It is worth highlighting some points of its ideology, so that it is really known what the PNV stands for on its own official website.
