Should France fear a second wave? Olivier Véran responds on Europe 1.

If the epidemic ebb seems to have started in France, some members of the scientific community are alerting to the possibility of a second wave of contamination with Covid-19 in France. Is the "Test, Trace, Isolate" strategy advocated by the authorities sufficient? France has registered 21 more Covid-19-related deaths in the past 24 hours while resuscitation admissions continue to decline. The Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, takes stock of Europe 1. 

"Today it is no longer the virus that tracks us down, it is we who track it down," reassures Olivier Véran. "With only 1% of the tests we carry out that are positive, with hourly hourly indicators across the country."
