Porn actor Ron Jeremy was accused of raping three women and sexually assaulting a fourth , the Los Angeles District Attorney's office reported Tuesday. Jeremy, one of the biggest names in the porn industry with over 1,700 adult movies shot, has been accused of abuse in recent years and banned from the industry.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office charges him with four separate incidents, the oldest of which dates back to 2014. Three of the incidents were reported at the same bar in West Hollywood , a neighboring city of Los Angeles, between 2017 and 2019, said the prosecution. Another alleged violation in 2014 occurred in a house in that same area.
The alleged victims were between 25 and 46 years old. A separate case in 2016 was dismissed for lack of evidence. If convicted, Jeremy, 67, faces a maximum sentence of 90 years in prison to life in prison.
Jeremy, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt , appears in famous adult films like 'Deep Throat II' and 'John Bobbitt Uncut'.
The prosecution asked for a $ 6.6 million bond to be imposed on him . Her first appearance before a judge is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, when she will formally hear the charges against her.
