After the metoo in 2017, the precipitations in the Review Board, the Press Committee and the Media Ethics Committee were tight.

- It was an exceptional time, says Lars Truedson.

Truedson and the other authors of the report call for an in-depth review of what actually happened in the media during this period and refer to a Norwegian model.

- There, the media industry, sometimes the trade union and sometimes the publishers, has appointed some researchers or journalists, a group of trusted people, to do a professional job to find out what really happened.

Lars Truedson thinks it could give conclusions about how the media should do to improve the media next time something similar happens.

"It has been very successful in Norway, I think it is important in this way to draw lessons from journalism under metoo," says Lars Truedson.
