The group's BTS donated a million dollars (about KRW 1.2 billion) to help the performing arts workers who were affected by the aftermath of the world tour schedule being temporarily postponed due to the worldwide spread of Corona 19.

Global concert planner LiveNation announced on its website that BTS and Big Hit completed the $1 million donation process earlier this month in the'Crew Nation' campaign earlier this month.

Live Nation said, "This donation is among the largest among crew Nation participants." Crunation is a fund established to help concert staff who were in trouble due to suspension and cancellation of performances following Corona 19 last month. This donation will be used to support 1000 concert officials.

BTS said, "If it weren't for Corona 19, we would have enjoyed the tour around the world with many staff members by now." I wanted to help them,” said the reason for participating in the campaign. They added, "I want to meet again on the stage quickly."

"It's a pity that the music industry has to go through such a difficult period," said Seok-Jun Yun, CEO of Big Hit Global. "We hope our donation can help many performers around the world."
