China News Service, Changsha, June 22 (correspondent Zhou Jinrong Xiao Weiwei) "Why are there so many medical staff in China to fight for the most severe epidemic? The same question has been asked three times on different occasions. I use myself to fight against the epidemic in Huanggang Has personally exchanged Chinese medical spirit with him. I said, we have no time to think about and hesitate to go or not. This is our responsibility and mission, regardless of remuneration, regardless of life or death!"

This is a sentiment written by Xu Furong, head nurse and deputy chief nurse of the emergency ICU of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital, in Zimbabwe. Over the past four months, she has fought hard to fight the epidemic and wrote more than 30 "Furong Diaries" with more than 20,000 words. "The experience of this epidemic is memorable and precious every day."

In Huanggang, Xu Furong, the head nurse of the Department of Intensive Medicine of Hunan Province, Dabie Mountain Regional Medical Center, was often busy until his body collapsed and he suffered insomnia late at night. "I sorted out the nursing work I needed to get the ICU running properly. Since I came, I wanted to use my best energy to defeat this epidemic and go home as soon as possible."

In Zimbabwe and Equatorial Guinea, as a nursing expert, Xu Furong is mainly responsible for introducing and supervising the care of patients with new coronary pneumonia, and providing prevention and control knowledge guidance and training with teammates. "We also sent the epidemic sachet made of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine as a gift, which was loved by the Jin people."

Xu Furong's "diary" didn't make every day because of work too busy or limited conditions. The diaries in Huanggang are all written by hand, sometimes on the notebook, sometimes on the notes. While working in Africa, it was changed to an "electronic diary", which was also kept more complete.

The expert group traveled 3,600 kilometers on the African continent to guide hospitals and epidemic prevention institutions to improve the triage process, optimize diagnosis and treatment plans, and carry out treatment and prevention and control training; tell stories of anti-epidemic disease on radio and the Internet, spread prevention knowledge to local people, and isolate wards in depth Discuss cases with clinical medical staff; submit 12,000 words of "National Epidemic Prevention and Control Recommendations" to senior government officials.

Xu Furong wrote, "This morning, Prime Minister Barack Obama of Equatorial Guinea met with our Chinese anti-epidemic medical expert group... When he said that the arrival of the Chinese anti-epidemic expert group was the light of hope for the darkest moment of the epidemic in Equatorial Guinea, I will be deeply touched when guiding them to victory in the fight against the epidemic, and I also feel the responsibility and the difficulty of the task."

In his diary, Xu Furong recorded that the medical staff were fighting back and forth without complaints and regrets, building an unbreakable health line of defense and a firm confidence to overcome the epidemic. But in fact, during these 133 days of the epidemic, Xu Furong stayed at home for only four days.

On June 22, Xu Furong's nine-year-old daughter Cao Yuxin held the painting "The Most Beautiful Hibiscus Flower" painted for her mother. She came to the airport early to wait for her mother's appearance, and met tightly together. "Mom, like the Hibiscus, you have a delicate and elegant quality." (End)
