One question this evening: can the citizens' climate convention contribute to a green revival in France?

Publicity

This group of 150 people drawn at random finished its work yesterday, 150 proposals were given to the Minister of Ecological Transition. And among these proposals, citizens propose to submit three to a referendum: the modification of two articles of the Constitution and the creation of the crime of ecocide.
So, catalog of good intentions or starting point for a new model of society?
