Bars, restaurants, public roads: what is authorized?

Let music lovers be reassured, it will be possible to attend concerts, which, specifies the Ministry of Culture, "may take place in places authorized to receive the public in compliance with health rules, under the responsibility of the leader of the place, and outdoors under the responsibility of an organizer with respect for physical distances (without) creating a crowd nearby. "

On the other hand, while gatherings of more than 10 people remain prohibited on the public domain, "spontaneous concerts are not allowed", adds the ministry. Nevertheless, he specifies, "demonstrations on the public highway may be subject to a special regime" with "prior authorization from the prefect of the department, in conjunction with the mayor".

Regarding bars, cafes and restaurants, "the organization of concerts is the responsibility of the operator of the place: they are not recommended since they are likely to generate gatherings that are not controlled on public roads", informs the government.
