Saudi actress Nouf Al-Nasser survived, after a traffic accident a few days ago in Riyadh, which resulted in a fracture of her forearm.

Al-Nasser underwent surgery to treat the fracture she suffered as a result of the accident, and her health condition is still stable, after the success of the operation.

The physician treating the actress, member of the Saudi Society of Orthopedics, Dr. Fouad Zaidan, explained in a press statement that the actress had a severe traffic accident and was treated and transported to the hospital by the Saudi Red Crescent.

He added: “After I came immediately and upon examining the patient, it was found that her injury to the right forearm was serious, and she was transferred to the operating room at once, and the ambulatory surgery was performed at the fastest speed to reconnect the hand and restore it immediately, so that we do not have to amputate it and the patient lost her hand, and indeed we started work with restoration and arrived The blood vessels and the blood re-pumped, and this succeeded, and perfusion began to excel, then carefully restored and sutured the nerves, then restored and sutured all the muscles and tendons, and finally repaired the skin and sutured the wounds.

He pointed out that the operation took 16 continuous hours of effort, focus and high accuracy, with the support and coordination of the medical director of the head of the hospital's orthopedics department, indicating that the patient was hospitalized to complete the treatment.

Zaidan thanked the Saudi Red Crescent for their tremendous efforts in all matters related to the first aid, which is very important for the patient and the speed of her transfer to the specialized center.
