“All major flooding affecting traffic has been eliminated, but be careful if you plan on the road,” the center said.
The message said that an emergency warning due to rain in Moscow is valid until the end of the day on June 20.
Earlier in the capital, a number of roads were blocked due to heavy rain.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of thunderstorms, hail and strong winds in Moscow. At the headquarters, they recommended that the townspeople refuse to travel by car.
