  According to the content of the report letter, reporters from China Youth Daily and China Youth Daily contacted Liao Shengquan, then chief engineer of the original project company of Jiangsu Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group. Liao Shengquan told reporters that on November 13, 2016, he received a notice from Du Weiguo, vice president of the project company in charge of Jiangsu Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group, and learned that the group's new leader Yu Guogen and his party came to Beijing.

  Liao Shengquan said that as a Beijing native, he expressed his sincerity and "out of respect for his superiors." He arranged for a banquet at the Jianyi Residence in Beijing to treat Yu Guogen and others. At that time, Yu Guogen and the company's deputy general manager Du Weiguo and others attended the banquet together. The banquet cost a total of 46,000 yuan.   On May 13, the reporter called the Zhenjiang SASAC to ask if he was involved in the investigation of Yu Guogen's real-name report.
