DRC: No justice for victims of the Kabila regime?

Amnesty International accuses Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi of reneging on his promises to fight impunity and guarantee justice. Since his inauguration, no investigation has been carried out into the repressions that bloodied the regime of his predecessor.
