A new study supports the idea that a large part of coronavirus transmissions occur in the home, among family members who live together. Specifically, an analysis carried out in the most populous city in southern China (Guangzhou), estimates that the probability of contagion in the family reaches 17.1% (about one in six), being, 15 points higher than the risk existing between work contacts, friends or other non-domestic contexts.
