In a family quarrel, one who starts to beat dishes is not always to blame. He could be brought to the handle. North Korea blew up an office for liaison with South Korea, which was located on its territory - it was a diplomatic analogue of a broken plate. But North Korea was driven by the Americans and their South Korean satellite.

After the historic meeting between Kim and Trump, it seemed that relations between the two Koreas were on the mend. The Presidents of the North and South met, promised to normalize relations, took troops away from the common border, went in for tourism; there was hope for a lasting peace. But South Korea, in fact, remains an occupied territory, in contrast to the independent North. So, the Pentagon and the State Department in Washington make decisions for the South. When the presidents of the South tried to disobey and improve relations with the “northern sister,” they usually ended up in prison if they did not die in an accident. Now, despite the promises of the South that, they say, Seoul will not obey the American order, once again the South Korean leadership has chosen to follow Washington's orders.

And in Washington they neglected the wishes of President Trump, who seemed to want to come to terms with Pyongyang. Despite Kim’s most serious steps towards Trump (in particular, North Korea destroyed the nuclear test site and stopped launching missiles), the United States continues its policy of asphyxiation sanctions. Americans even intercept coal vessels going to or from Korea. Banking operations are closed for North Korea. The country cannot even buy food and medicine. US troops continue their maneuvers a few kilometers from the land of the North. Kim’s hope that a meeting with Trump will lead to the removal of the noose from the neck of the North did not materialize.

Trump is not free in his actions. Whatever he wants, the Pentagon generals have their own heads and they are not inclined to obey their commander in chief. The other day, generals publicly apologized for the general photo with President Trump and even for meeting Trump with the cadets of the military school. They perceive him as a lame wounded duck. Maybe they are mistaken, but it will become clear only on November 4, after the election. In the meantime, North Korea does not receive any discounts, and sanctions are only exacerbated.

But South Korea does not even do what it pledged. By agreement between the presidents, South Korea was supposed to stop sending leaflets and propaganda to the North, but did not. Several scumbags, receiving funding from the United States and parliamentary cover from the opposition's fiercely anti-communist party in the country, are launching millions of leaflets, bottles, balloons with agitators calling for the overthrow of Satan - Kim.

The Seoul administration tried to ban this, but the opposition thwarted the bill, and the court allowed thugs to continue to violate North Korean airspace - this is supposedly their freedom of speech.

Frustration is growing in North Korea. Kim went to meet Trump, went to meet South Korean President Moon, but in response received nothing but empty words. And life in the era of the “crown” is becoming more difficult, the blockade is becoming tougher, and a small country, squeezed in a vise, can go to despair.

Under these conditions, the liaison office looked like an anachronism. It was closed since January on the occasion of the "crown", and were not going to open it. Yet the office blast, like a broken plate in a family quarrel, sounded sobering.

Russia is sympathetic to the position of North Korea and with understanding to its struggle against illegal sanctions. Russia maintains good relations with South Korea and wants a reconciliation of the two “sisters”. Therefore, the outbreak of antagonism between the Koreans has caused serious concern in the Kremlin. After all, North Korea borders on Russian Primorye, and South Korea trades with Russia. Given the growing US aggressiveness, there is Russia's defense interest in maintaining an independent and prosperous North Korea.

China is North Korea's largest partner both in the field of trade and in other respects. Between the two countries the border is practically removed. While China was counting on friendship with the United States, Beijing cautiously helped Pyongyang within extremely narrow limits. But now, when the tension between the US and China is increasing day by day, this could affect Sino-Korean relations. However, relations with Russia are extremely important for an independent North Korea. Koreans do not want to become anyone's satellite - neither American, nor Japanese, nor Chinese - and they see friendship with Moscow as a guarantee of their independence.

Now Pyongyang is quickly returning relations with Seoul to its former level of hostility. The troops enter the DMZ (demilitarized zone) between the two Koreas, roadblocks have returned, rhetoric is becoming increasingly threatening. South Korean President Moon proposed sending his representatives, the head of intelligence and ministers, to North Korea to discuss the situation. But North Korea is tired of fruitless conversations. They want to see the real deal - the cessation of the bombing of leaflets and some steps to lift the blockade. An hour is coming to test the will of South Korea: can President Moon meet Kim against the commands of American generals or will the two Koreas return to the brink of war against the will of the Korean people?
