"Counselor" is a counselor who advises on important matters of the imperial family at the intention of the Emperor.It is selected from outside experts, judicial officials, former senior officials of the Imperial Household Agency, etc., and regularly participates with executives of the Imperial Household Agency. At the meeting held, we will exchange opinions with His Majesties the Emperor and Empress.
