Support for home medical care and nursing care Material storage such as masks and gowns 4:17, June 17

When infection with the new coronavirus spread, lack of materials such as masks and gowns to prevent infection caused a group of volunteers involved in home medical care and nursing care to stockpile the materials, and then the infection spreads. We have started a project to ship to the area.

It is said that many clinics and home-visit nursing stations that provide home medical care and nursing care are small businesses, and it is difficult to secure materials to prevent infection, and there is often no space for stockpiling.

For this reason, a group of volunteers made up of nurses, doctors, and care managers involved in home care and nursing care all over the country accepted donations from all over the country and started a project to secure the necessary materials for infection control.

The collected materials, such as masks, medical gowns, alcohol disinfectants, and disposable slippers and gloves, are packed in cardboard boxes so that they can be delivered immediately to areas where the infection has spread.

It means that a team of doctors and nurses has already been able to secure about 100 sets of materials in a cardboard box for one to two weeks.

Satoshi Yoshie, a visiting nurse in charge of the project's secretariat, said, "When the infection was spreading, I couldn't buy masks at all, so I felt that I couldn't handle it at a small office." I would like to proceed with the preparations on the assumption that "waves" will come."
