After the accident, the local traffic police, 120 emergency medical personnel and fire rescue personnel quickly rushed to the scene for disposal and rescue. At the scene of the accident, a passenger van and a tow truck collided, causing 6 people in the passenger van to be injured and trapped (6 nuclear and 6 actual).
According to the situation at the scene, the rescuers immediately started rescue. The doors and seats of the van's cab were twisted after being impacted and severely deformed, and the sky was under heavy rain, which caused great difficulties for rescue work. After fixing the car body, the rescuers used a metal cutting machine to "open" the car door, and then used the demolition tool to expand the van door. The rest of the staff always paid attention to the situation in the car to prevent the demolition operation from causing secondary injury to the trapped people.
At 13:05, the six trapped persons were rescued by fire rescue personnel one after another. After medical staff confirmed that two persons had no vital signs, the other four were sent to the local hospital for treatment. The local traffic police department is currently investigating the specific cause of the accident.
