After age and time with friends who were only a difference in mental age, they now move to the physical realm. Still, it's okay for those in their 20s and 30s. But it is different when you are in your 40s. This period is often referred to as the'life cycle'. I often advise patients in their 40s, saying, "You shouldn't live as you are anymore." This is a story told by a patient in his 60s. A couple of middle school alumni gathered and went on a domestic trip. After sightseeing, I stopped by the public bath, and sat around naked in a circular hot spring so that each other could see each other's bodies. And the interesting facts I found. It was a group of friends in their 60s, but it seemed that the friends sitting around the small bath varied from 50s to 80s. However, when a drop of water falls over a decade, time can make irreversible changes, like breaking through a stone. As a physician, I would like to talk about people's health care mistakes. These are common mistakes and can be corrected enough. I believe that readers who have the appropriate information will be very helpful in maintaining their health.

Stop #1 health program.

Of course, it's good to have a lot of health concerns. However, it does not produce good results in all cases. Sometimes there are patients who are too interested in their health. They watch all the health TV shows and buy them as if they were collecting books. They sometimes do so-called'Doctor Shopping', but they go to numerous doctors and meet other doctors until they hear what they like. Sometimes, when you see other doctors, you blame the doctor you met before. Then the newly met doctor is nervous (because he will also be a curse). Eventually, he is unable to practice according to his beliefs and takes a defensive stance. Naturally, he starts all the diagnosis again from the beginning.

In many cases, treatments that have already been completed several times are tried again. It's a good thing if there are a lot of Sagongs and the ship goes to the mountain. Ships with many dead spaces must be wrecked. Of course, all responsibility is the owner. His responsibility was to let many masters act as captains. For modern people, exercise is a habit to live long. There is too much to consider for fun alone. Frequent injuries to the head can cause brain damage when exercising, and chronic back pain occurs when the waist is twisted frequently. Exercises that stimulate the desire to fight are more likely to overdo it. The older you get, the harder you get. It is good to exercise. However, it should be done moderately and suffer less later.
