In 2020, Zhu Hongshen ushered in graduation. Yang Yanxia, a teacher of the Frontier Theory Course in Criminal Law of Zhejiang University of Technology, uploaded a photo with Zhu Hongshen in the circle of friends, and commented that he was the most serious in class and wrote the best graduation thesis.

Zhu Hongshen is a native of Yangzhou, Jiangsu. He was born in 1956 and works in the Yangzhou Municipal Health Supervision Bureau. In 2015, he worked with the law all the year round, so he vaguely had the idea of further study. After retiring the following year, Zhu Hongshen, who was determined to study, even devoted himself to the mighty army of applicants without even notifying his family.

In 2017, Zhu Hongshen became one of 53 graduate freshmen of Zhejiang University of Technology with an initial test score of 324 points (65 in English) and a retest of 83.43 points. Among the freshmen, the youngest was born in 1995, 39 years old from Zhu Hongshen.

As soon as he entered the school, Zhu Hongshen was facing a lot of timetables every day and he was very uncomfortable, but then he gradually got used to it. Although the task of the course is heavy and there are few free time, in his spare time, he will also participate in class activities, learn to make PPT and discuss related issues with classmates and teachers.

In everyone's impression, law is a professional with strict memory requirements. In Zhu Hongshen's view, memory is certainly important, but more important is to master the law of law learning.

At the same time, Zhu Hongshen, who is studying law, is also very good at other aspects. He often reads classic works and covers a wide range of books. He has to read and taste books on philosophy, history, and literature. It is precisely the attitude of learning and studying that created Zhu Hongshen's ideological depth and learning courage.

On the way to graduate school, the teachers rated him highly. Talking about Zhu Hongshen, Yang Yanxia was very impressed with two things: he studied very seriously and respected his teachers. Zhu Hongshen was very correct in her class, and she took the most study notes in the class.

Yang Yanxia recalled that once in class, he mentioned a monograph published many years ago, and the content of the class came from this book. Zhu Hongshen brought the monograph he bought the next day, and he was also the only one in the class who brought the monograph. This spirit of learning moved Yang Yanxia.

Zhu Hongshen's mentor Zhang Yi highly praised him: "Treat others with sincerity, humility and friendliness, and earnest diligence." Zhu Hongshen held a thick "Roman Law" and studied the scene carefully, which made the tutor Zhang Yi impressed so far. He said that this "doesn't look like an old gentleman at all, and what I saw at that time was clearly the back of youth".

After entering the school, Zhang Yi weighed the ages of the two and proposed to call them by name. However, Zhu Hongshen still insisted on calling the teacher, and when he sent important information to the tutor, he paid "as a gift".

"It was my luck to meet Hong Shen. I have learned a lot from him. Over the past three years, we have learned from each other, respected each other, and cooperated happily, but we sigh that time has passed." Passable things pass away years, and several people of insight will talk about the ancient and the modern."

Looking back to the years of studying and studying, Zhu Hongshen said that the most important gain is that he has learned the method of law study. The analysis of problems is more thorough and systematic than before, and his thinking has been greatly sublimated. For him, learning this is a great enjoyment.

Speaking of the future, Zhu Hongshen said that he has no plans yet. Maybe the new pursuit will quietly blossom in the future, and the wonderful life of this old gentleman will continue to be staged. (Finish)
