The incident began with the circulation of a video clip on the social networking site "Instagram" and "Tik Tok" for a person and accompanied by a child dressed in uniforms for women, and the representation of scenes containing words and suggestions that contradict public morals. It was possible to seize him, accompanied by his aforementioned brother, and by his confrontation he admitted to photographing the video and publishing it on his account “as a joke and with the intention of achieving the maximum amount of viewing”, and the necessary legal measures have been taken regarding the incident.
