The online concert that BTS gave on Sunday afternoon was watched at its peak by 756,000 people. According to record label Big Hit, which represents the K-pop group, this is a record and no virtual show has been seen by so many people.

The viewership is, according to Variety, comparable to fifteen sold-out shows in a stadium with 50,000 seats. Record label Big Hit also reports that the fan club of BTS has increased by 10,000 members since the concert.

The fans were able to attend a hundred-minute BTS show on Sunday. During this time it was possible to visit a virtual space with different rooms and stages.

Viewers were able to switch between multiple camera angles and thus view the Korean pop group in different ways. During the show, BTS played twelve songs, including Dope and Boyz with Fun.

The group is supposed to give a concert in Rotterdam in Kuip in July. BTS was founded in Seoul in 2013 and consists of seven members. The band has now achieved worldwide success. TIME magazine voted the band one of the 100 Most Influential People of 2019.
