At 8:50 on June 14th, the No. 2 typhoon "Parrot" landed in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province in 2020. It is understood that the nearby sea areas and regions passing by the "Parrot" center have a wind power of 9-10 levels and gusts of 11~ Level 12.

At about 9 o'clock that day, after the typhoon Parrot landed, it knocked down the big trees and lamp posts near the intersection of Longtan, Xinzhou Town, Yangdong. The branches and lamp posts lie in the middle of the road, affecting the passage. When the big tree fell, it also hit a passing motorcycle. Fortunately, the driver evaded in time and no one was injured.

The full-time fire brigade of NSW Town rushed to the scene immediately. Firefighters used a fire axe to cut off the large branches and then cleaned them one by one. Then they worked together to clean up the fallen lampposts and motorcycles in time to restore road traffic. (Reporter Wang Jian editor Guo Shihao video source Guangdong Fire Rescue Corps)
