At present, 2 persons involved have been arrested and the criminal chain involved is being thoroughly investigated. In this regard, the relevant person in charge of the national anti-vice and anti-counterfeiting office also said that the investigation must be carried out in the end and resolutely cracked down according to law.
The Internet is not an extra-legal place. It is not difficult to imagine that those who await the two will have severe legal punishment in addition to moral condemnation-even if the two fail to meet the criminal conviction standards for the spread of obscene materials, they will not escape the punishment of public security.
However, if they do not solve the platform problem, these two are the clowns performing at the front desk. Without the "male driver" and "female passenger" farce, other self-directed role-playing dramas will still appear.
According to reports, this time involved an underground porn live broadcast platform called "Xing Lian Live", which was registered by an American company called GoDaddy, which is also the world's largest domain name hosting service provider. Regrettably, the current conditions can only block its domestic domain names, but not its overseas servers. For this reason, even if the domain name is banned, the live broadcast platform can resume operation only by changing the domain name.
This actually puts forward the proposition that the "Yellow Root" urgently needs international cooperation. For pornographic sites like this, only cooperation with the country where the server is located is essential. For example, in 2011, the Chinese and American police had cooperated to destroy the "Sunshine Entertainment Alliance", the world's largest Chinese pornographic website alliance. In 2013, they also cooperated to eradicate "Save Angel" and other series of child pornographic websites. These websites and servers are all located in the United States.
Of course, different countries have differences in the determination of pornographic standards, which has also become the biggest judicial obstacle to international cooperation. The success of the aforementioned two cooperations is largely due to the fact that child pornography is the object of severe crackdown by China and the United States.
But the solution is always more difficult. Faced with the high degree of openness on the Internet, cyber transnational crimes including obscene pornography have become a common "enemy" of all countries in the world. To promote the healthy development of the Internet, maintain the order of network security, and strengthen international cooperation are also key links. Only by working together to crack down on the source of the server can we completely eliminate the farce of "male drivers" and "female passengers".
