After graduating from university, he worked in a communications company for 10 years. In 2015, after resigning, he decided to start a business with a partner, and the direction of entrepreneurship was the waste recycling industry.

[Commentary] From the IT school bully to the "Broken King", Xing Wei's family and friends questioned the project in the early days of the venture. The waste recycling industry itself was not easy, and how to sort and sort the waste and recycle it, these faced Many problems.

When we started our business in the early days, there were also many people, including our friends and relatives, who didn’t understand it, but as we worked hard year by year, we continued to improve, and last year, the entire garbage classification was scrapped across the country. After a whirlwind, everyone began to take a look at our entire industry.
[Commentary] It is understood that in 2018, "Convenience Man" began to transform and upgrade its service model, and set up a four-level service platform of district-level comprehensive sorting center, community sorting station, community designated recycling service, and personnel on-site service. Our current recycling volume, we have three comprehensive sorting centers, the monthly recycling volume is about 4,000 tons, and then the recyclables account for 98%.
