"Covid 19" is the first crisis that the whole world is going through in the era of the "social media" and the "Google" era, and spread with it fake videos, dangerous lies and defamation campaigns that penetrated the minds of the users of those platforms.
I am very surprised at the spread of fake pictures, one of which was former President Barack Obama leading a demonstration of blacks, with a comment: Where are the masks ?! In the sense that its publisher is promoting a rumor that "Corona" is a hoax.
Since we live in the smart Google era, if you write in the search engine in Arabic or English: Obama is leading / leading a demonstration for black people, you will see that it dates back to 2015. The same thing with another image of demonstrations in front of Congress with a title that I regret is in Arabic: « Corona is the biggest hoax in history. If you check it in less than two minutes, you will see that it dates back to 2018.
I am surprised by the well-known Twitter users in our society and they put the letter "D" in front of their names. They publish those misleading images. Are the ignorant and educated people in our society the same? If we are ignorant, because he does not read and what most of them do, what do we say to an educated and educated doctor who holds a doctorate and publishes such pictures ?!
We have also received misleading videos from (unfortunately Arabs) in Europe depicting the appearance of life returning to the streets and beaches and saying: Where is Corona? We were deceived! If they read the newspapers published there, they would know that Europe is gradually loosening restrictions, and they know that the virus is receding in the countries of this continent.
The Arab mind - there are exceptions of course - programmed to the conspiracy, insisting on ignorance, does not want to read or verify, takes the lie and publishes it, and others adopt electronic platforms installed by ignorant Westerns as an alternative to international news agencies, and tells its followers not to believe what you read in the approved news agencies, because it is Directed by the conspiring governments, take the news from this platform that gives you the truth! Ignorant people do not know who is behind these misleading sites and read and publish lies.
Why did Germany and Japan rise after the humiliating defeat in World War II? Washington restricted the two countries militarily, but that did not prevent them from turning into two economic powers among the five most powerful economies in the world today, and the restrictions did not prevent the two countries from excelling in making weapons.
Why did South Korea emerge from extreme poverty in the 1950s and ranked 12th in the world? And why did France rise after the German occupation and become the seventh largest economy in the world? What did we Arabs do from the fifties to today? Why did the Arabs delay intellectually and culturally, and not a single atomic bomb fell on them? Why the Arabs delayed after the end of colonialism? Of course because there is a conspiracy in our minds that prevented us from advancing.
Why is there no conspiracy in the Korean, Japanese, German and French minds? And why is it only in our minds?
In Arabic: The ignorant is the enemy of himself, and the ignorant mind, regardless of his nationality and race, will buy fish from a mechanic and perform a surgery at a barber! The developed world chose science and reading, and we Arabs chose the plot as an excuse for our ignorance, our failures, and the deterioration of our conditions. Misleading and lying was born from the womb of this stupid thought, and our problem is doubling, because among us there are ignorant people who do not read and intellectuals who do not know how to verify information, and this is more severe and ordering.
