As of 24 o'clock on June 12, Hainan Province has reported a total of 171 confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia, including 2 cases imported from abroad. There were 3 hospitalized cases, 6 dead cases, and 162 discharged cases. Among the confirmed cases, 39 were in Haikou, 57 in Sanya, 15 in Danzhou, 3 in Wenchang, 6 in Qionghai, 13 in Wanning, 3 in Dongfang, 9 in Chengmai County, and Lingao. There were 6 cases in the county, 7 cases in Changjiang County, 4 cases in Lingshui County, 3 cases in Ding'an County, 3 cases in Baoting County, 2 cases in Ledong County and 1 case in Qiongzhong County.
As of 24:00 on June 12, 6,937 close contacts were traced, 6,792 medical observations have been discontinued, and 145 are still undergoing centralized medical observation.
As of 24:00 on June 12, Hainan Province reported 36 cases of asymptomatic infection of the new coronavirus, and 1 case of asymptomatic infection was added that day. Among them, 34 cases were released from segregation, and 2 cases were still under medical observation (1 case from Zhejiang and 1 case from Congolese). Among the 36 cases of asymptomatic infections, 7 were in Haikou City, 22 in Sanya City, 2 in Dongfang City, 1 in Lingshui County, 1 in Wanning City, 1 in Qionghai City, and 1 in Ledong County (formerly Sanya City) Reported cases, belonging to Ledong County and 1 case in Ding'an County according to current address; 28 cases are domestic and 8 cases are imported from abroad [import country is 5 cases in the UK, 1 case in the Netherlands, 1 case in Spain, 1 case in Congo (DRC)] .
