A creative way to perform on stage at the time of the coronavirus! The Flaming Lips gave their first post-containment concert inside giant bubbles. The American alternative rock band performed live and in front of the audience on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Wednesday evening.
They interpreted their 1999 hit , Race for the Prize , with masks, gloves, inside giant transparent bubbles ... The bubble, the group's signature, works particularly well in a pandemic period. The group led by Wayne Coyne has adapted to the new health rules.
In order to respect social distancing, each person present in the audience was also in an individual bubble. Good news, that didn't stop anyone from dancing. Rock is not dead!
