A person passing by found that a road called "ring 2" in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama-shi, was depressed at 3 pm on the 12th.
According to the police, at about 4 pm, a length of about 10 meters and a width of about 5 meters were depressed and spread gradually over the road and sidewalk.
