Another 29-year-old man who was registered in the same matching app as Ken Arai who was arrested this time has also been arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department for having acted obscenely with his child.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, Susumu Akinori Hashimoto (29), whose address is undecided and unemployed, was arrested in April last year because he acted obscenely, such as touching the body of a 5-year-old boy in an apartment in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. In September and November of last year, he was arrested again on the 10th for being obscene with another boy who lives in Adachi Ward.

It is said that Hashimoto had a childcare worker qualification, was registered in the matching app around July last year, and has been involved in childcare for about 80 children so far.

It is said that the app operating company has a system that accepts inquiries 24 hours a day, and regularly checks the career of the babysitter and the status of qualifications.
