The report shows that cross-analysis with the city level shows that whether it is a first-tier city or a new first-tier city, 1,000 to 2,000 yuan is the main acceptable rental price range for graduates. What has changed is the price segment from 2001 to 3000, and the first-tier cities have a relatively obvious increase. This corresponds to the generally higher rent levels in first-tier cities.

Talent is the core competitiveness of the city's development. The preferential measures around loosening settlements and renting and buying subsidies have become the main way for cities to start the "talent competition." The report quantifies the friendship between graduates of first-tier and new-tier cities and ranks them in accordance with the settlement and subsidy policies for academic talents in various cities. From the results, in the ranking of 10 cities, the highest ranking is Hefei and Zhengzhou, and the lowest is Chongqing and Wuhan.

Where does the graduate youth rental listing information come from? According to platform data, taking Beijing as an example, the average rent of the entire rent is nearly half that of the single room rent. From the perspective of willingness to share, 68.76% of the respondents indicated that they were acceptable, and the lower the age, the more obvious the situation.

Where are the rents for graduate youth? At the same time, 29.7% of the respondents said that they would rent a house near the school, after all, they were already familiar with the living environment around the school.

In terms of rental considerations, about 71.8% of the respondents said that transportation convenience is the factor they are most concerned about, and rent has become a secondary concern. If cross-analyzed with gender, it will be found that women are more sensitive in terms of house interior facilities, living roommates and rent, while men are more sensitive in terms of rent payment methods and surrounding facilities.
