In the early morning of June 10, 2020, for the purpose of making a profit, the two used the illegal live broadcast platform APP installed on the mobile phone of Che Moutao in the white Changan car under the name of Che Moutao. A gimmick, publicly performing pornographic performances, attracting others to watch, challenging social order and good customs, breaking through the moral bottom line, and disrupting public order.
