It's a global phenomenon! Faced with the inaction of policies to halt climate change and environmental degradation: an appeal is gaining momentum and it is legal!

Families, associations and municipalities are now filing complaints against states. A strategy that is starting to pay off because even if the legal time is long, there are victories that are emulated: according to the Sabin center for climate justice, 1,700 climate appeals have been filed since the 2000s! Law, a new weapon for the defense of the environment?
