Screening of seasonal workers continues in the south-east of France. The Vaucluse prefecture, in conjunction with the ARS Paca, announces the screening of 10 new positive cases of coronavirus in seasonal workers in the department. This brings the total to 39 positive cases in the department, after a total of 756 tests carried out.

The new cases are concentrated on an already concerned farm in Carpentras, and on a farm located in Le Thor. But the employees tested in Thor do not live in the commune, but in a commune in the north of Bouches-du-Rhône where they are placed in solitary confinement. This screening campaign was just decided after the discovery of several cases of coronavirus in seasonal workers in Bouches-du-Rhône. New screenings are planned.
