“Graduating companies” is a new role that some educational institutions launched in response to the “Fifty Document”, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai - in January 2019, which was directed in its sixth item Higher education institutions to convert to free economic zones that allow students to practice their creative economic activity, in order to enable companies and entrepreneurs to graduate. This document and all national trends put innovation and entrepreneurship within strategic plans over the past years, and today reveals to us the depth of our rational leadership thought based on foresight The future, and we are testing our readiness to face challenges and successfully overcome them, which leads us to move forward in achieving this thought, as the world after "Covid-19" calls for focusing on innovation and supporting startups.

So the role of educational institutions is increasing, to go beyond preparation for employment to preparation for post-employment, by enabling students to have entrepreneurial skills, and this is what I called «Entrepreneurial Persona», a feature that completes the process of building the personality of the future person «Personality of the Future», In addition to the student’s digital preparation and empowerment of technological skills in what we call “digital persona”, as well as his empowerment of global professional skills “professional persona”, his preparation as an entrepreneur is able to create his opportunity, so that the construction is completed with the feature “Persona Entrepreneurship”, so how can we build this feature in Our students? How do we turn their projects to commercial projects that are economically feasible?

We trust the skills of today's generation and its ability to put forward innovative ideas that are economically feasible, especially with the emergence of new business sectors after the crisis «Covid-19», which imposed transformations that put us back in front of the challenge of preparing young people for jobs that did not exist yet, and enabling them skillfully to face challenges not yet created ! Today many international companies whose market value exceeds the billion dollar barrier, are owned by young people with unconventional innovation.

So, enabling our students from "Persona Entrepreneurship" depends on several factors: (1) Incorporation of educational units for entrepreneurship and innovation materials within the curricula of all disciplines, and putting them in a systematic way that allows the development of these skills continuously and overlapping in the largest number of courses. (2) Providing the necessary space for students to practice their applied activities and establish free economic zones and innovation spaces, which bring students with major companies to test solutions to real challenges and apply them on the ground, leading to the graduation of startups and entrepreneurs. (3) Education institutions embrace innovative student projects until they turn into startups, representing training opportunities for other students and motivating them to become entrepreneurs. (4) Providing extensive training programs in cooperation with specialized institutions to convert innovative student projects into a commercial product. (5) Create effective partnerships with institutions supporting youth projects.

"Persona entrepreneurship" is our goal for the next stage. We want young men and women who are ready for more than employment, and are able to establish their startups and create jobs for others, and shareholders in the wealth industry (Create Wealth), these are those who will support the development of the national economy, and they are the ones we will compete with. the world.
