"Experiencing the pains of life, despite my fate, I still have to fight for myself."

Her right eye was blinded by an injury, and her husband passed away due to illness. It was left to her two children who were not yet adults and the debts.

Resigning to start a business and paying off hundreds of thousands of arrears, fighting against a typhoon, resisting a disease, and having a car accident. The blow of life did not make her retreat. With the unyielding spirit and hardworking hands, plus the support of the local united front system and other social circles, Her family farm business is ushering in "spring blossoming".

This is an entrepreneurial story of Mou Youshun, a 45-year-old Gelao woman in Xiaotang Township, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.

  The picture shows Mou Youshun.

17-year-old "Chuang Tian Ya" self-taught regional economic management

In 1975, Mou Youshun was born in Zunyi, Guizhou. He was the "Lao Yao" in his family, and he also had an older brother and an older sister.

At the age of 17, Mou Youshun came to the seaside province-Guangdong to work. The prosperity and liveliness of Guangdong made her fall in love with this place all at once, and stayed here for 8 years.

It was Mou Youshun's carefree teenage time. In Guangdong, she constantly enriched her life, worked hard to learn regional economic management by herself, and packed herself with knowledge.

"It is precisely because of self-study of regional economic management that some companies recognize my management work and invite me to work in Xiangshan." When talking about the original intention of coming to Xiangshan, Mou Youshun bluntly was invited by the enterprise.

In 2001, after introduction, Mou Youshun came to work in Shipu Town, Xiangshan County, where he met his husband and fell in love with each other.

Her husband died and her right eye was blind. Fate opened a joke on her

In 2005, Mou Youshun married her husband in a rental house in Xiangshan.

I originally thought a happy life began, but one month after marriage, my husband was hospitalized with a bowel perforation.

"His health has not been very good. We decided to move back to Zhikeng Village in Xiaotang Township. I work to make money, take care of him and the children, and raise chickens and sheep by the way to make money."

The picture shows the kitchen in Mou Youshun's house.

Although the days are bitter, Mu Youshun feels worth the hardship with her husband and children.

However, there was an unpredictable situation. One day in 2011, Mou Youshun's husband suffered a sudden cerebral hemorrhage while walking, and was unconscious. In order to treat her husband, she rushed around to seek medical treatment.

But in the second year, her husband died because of ineffective treatment.

"Healing, nursing, and after-care are all borrowed money, and I owe a full 190,000 yuan. At that time, my son was only 6 years old." Speaking of the sad past, Mou Youshun burst into tears.

At that time, her relatives and friends persuaded her to return to her hometown and leave this sad place.

"The people in the village said that my foreign daughter-in-law wanted to'run the road.' If she owed such money, she would definitely run back to her hometown." "I gritted my teeth and said to myself that I should fight for it, so I can't just give up." Over the years, Mou Youshun couldn't help but moisten his eyes. Even though she was extremely miserable, she still had to face reality.

The husband left, leaving no penny in the family, and the children had to go to school. On the third day after the husband left, Mou Youshun wiped away his tears, packed himself, and chose to continue working to earn what he needs for life.

"You have to go to work, even if you do the dishes. If you earn 50 yuan a day, then we will have the money to eat meals." In Mou Youshun's eyes, life still has to go on.

Because of the sadness, Mou Youshun's injured right eye was completely blind. "The right eye was injured a long time ago. Before, he could see light and shadow, and now he can no longer see light, and he is completely blind."

Quit 5,000 yuan per month to stabilize the job and intend to pay off the loan with entrepreneurship

Her husband died, his right eye was blind, and he was heavily in debt... A series of blows did not knock down the Gelao women. The harder they were, the stronger they were.

"I earn 5,000 yuan a month at work, but I have to make a living to support my family, so how can I talk about paying back?" So, Mou Youshun resigned from this "high-paying" job and chose to move to the mountains for breeding and pay back the money as soon as possible.

In 2014, Mou Youshun used the borrowed money to rent a piece of land in the mountains next to the village. "It's all weeds, there is no road, no one, there are only chickens and me."

The picture shows the breeding base of Mou Youshun breeding.

Covered with colored strips and fenced by wooden fences, the farm is simple and unimaginable, but Mou Youshun has a sense of security.

Weeding, stocking, observing, sweeping the fence, self-study... Every day Mou Youshun's life is very fulfilling, "Tired but at ease, there is no time to think about anything else."

"Poor is also really poor. Every night I take my children to the vegetable farm to pick up the leaves, mix them with rice bran and my own sweet potatoes, and feed the chickens."

The picture shows Mou Youshun taking care of the big white goose.

Perhaps, after so much hardship, life will also take care of this Gelao women who are not convinced to lose.

During a visit, the United Front Office of Xiaotang Township, Xiangshan County learned of her situation and immediately reported to the United Front Work Department, the Folk Religion Bureau and the Minority Association of Xiangshan County, and funded minority projects through the Guangcai Care Fund to provide targeted support to her.

"With their help, I successfully borrowed 100,000 yuan from the bank and expanded my breeding scale." Mou Youshun explained that in 2016, she earned more than 100,000 yuan for raising 1,000 chickens and 30 sheep. The external debt of about 60,000 yuan has been paid, and the remaining money is used for re-investment in breeding."

At the same time, the Xiangshan County Animal Husbandry and Veterinary General Station, the Charity Federation and other departments also actively helped to help Mou Youshun to run "Youshun Family Farm".

"Looking for loans to buy chicken seedlings, building infrastructure, and sending experts to guide. With their help, I expanded the scale of breeding and the family farm was on the right track." Mou Youshun gradually turned to normal life and slowed down the hard work.

  Typhoons, car accidents...

Although life has improved, the road to farming has not been smooth.

"I feel that fate is particularly fond of me, and a typhoon knocked me back to the prototype." Recalling the 2018 typhoon, Mou Youshun was still a little palpitated, because she could not rest assured that the chickens and ducks raised in the mountains, before the typhoon came, she let the children We stayed in the rental house in Shipu and came to the chicken shed alone.

Heavy rain, strong winds, dark nights, and power outages were her situation at that time. "But I am not afraid. I am afraid the chickens and ducks are crushed to death, and the harvest is gone."

"Looking at a chicken and duck stepping on each other in a panic and dying, tears can't help but fall down." Mou Youshun told reporters that the only thing he could do at that time was to pick up the dead chickens and ducks and throw them out for other chickens. Ducks make room for survival.

The typhoon passed, but the accident happened again.

One day in 2018, the worker hired by Mou Youshun bumped into an old man, who died afterwards.

"The workers have no money, and the tricycle insurance is only up to more than 10,000 yuan. I borrowed money to compensate 800,000 yuan and added another debt." But Mou Youshun, who has been tempered by life, is more resistant to stress, despite the increased burden on his body. However, her mentality did not collapse because of this, and she always moved forward with optimism.

"I am unfortunate, but I am also lucky." Mou Youshun, who walks independently, also showed reporters the changes in life.

The picture shows the road to Mu Youshun's family.

The road to the mountain is open, and you don’t have to walk through the half-height weeds anymore; when the newly bought grass machine arrives, you don’t have to get up early in the morning to chop the pigweed; after you have your own concrete house sheltered from the wind and rain, You don’t have to be scared in typhoon days...

The beauty of life, Mou Youshun also sees in her eyes and keeps in mind, constantly supporting her to look forward.

Now, while striving to create a better life, Mou Youshun also hopes to lead more people to create a happy life. "I have been paying attention to the entrepreneurship of disabled people before. I hope to share my breeding experience with them and lead them to do the breeding industry together. Income, get rich together."
