He added: «This transplant is very expensive, and the problem is that surgery is not available within the state at the time, so one of the doctors addressed a hospital in London, to discuss the possibility of performing the surgery, and I traveled in 2005 to conduct the transplant, knowing that one of the benefactors guaranteed all the medical expenses, and the process was successful Doctors at the hospital asked me to continue to take special medications. ”

He continued: «After I returned to the state, I went to the Mafraq Hospital previously, where the doctors indicated that I needed very expensive drugs, and the health insurance and the exemption program covered the expenses of medicines, but during the current period I switched to Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, and health insurance unfortunately does not cover The expenses of these drugs, which cost annually 53 thousand and 487 dirhams, and the problem is that these amounts exceed my modest financial means.

He said: “I have a family of five, and I consider the sole breadwinner for my family, and I work as an imam of a mosque in Abu Dhabi, and I earn a salary of 7275 dirhams, from which he goes 3500 dirhams a month for bank supplies, and the rest for life expenses.”
