Kylie Jenner and Kanye West topped Forbes' annual list of highest-paid celebs, but sports stars including Roger Federer and Lionel Messi dominated the top 10.

Forbes magazine estimated yesterday that American reality TV star Jenner has earned $ 590 million in the past 12 months, mostly from selling a 51% stake in Kylie Cosmetics cosmetics line to Koti in 2019.

Jenner, 22, who is not half-sister to Kim Kardashian, made the headlines a week ago when Forbes said that after reviewing the Coty deal’s data, she no longer believed she was a billionaire, as she announced a year ago.

Jenner replied that the original Forbes estimate was based on "a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions".

West, Kardashian's husband, came second with about $ 170 million, mostly from his deal with Adidas about his brand of sneaker, Yeezy.

West is the most profitable musician, followed by Elton John, who collected most of his $ 81 million profit from a long farewell tour.

Forbes said the 100 highest-paid figures combined had earned $ 6.1 billion before calculating taxes and fees, a decrease of nearly $ 200 million from 2019, after the Corona virus pandemic closed sports fields and arenas.

Swiss tennis champion Federer came in third with $ 106.3 million, mostly from deals with companies such as Japanese clothing company Uniklo and Swiss watchmaker Rolex. Football stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi were ranked fourth and fifth, respectively.

The 100 highest-paid personalities combined earned $ 6.1 billion.

Kim Kardashian's husband came second.
