In turn, the researcher on the issues of political geography of the Arab world, Salah Al-Qadri, said that France was Haftar's biggest supporter, in addition to its standing in the axis of counter revolutions with Egypt and the Emirates, and this was demonstrated by her lack of condemnation of Haftar's bombing of ports and hospitals, in addition to her belief that Haftar’s legitimacy is that it controls 80% From the Libyan lands.

And he talked about the French alliance for the axis of the counter-revolutions, and the import of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE two-thirds of the French arms exports, and said: But the French role in Libya is no longer effective due to Haftar's failure and bringing it to the Russian mercenaries, and the main players in it are Turkey, Russia and the United States.
