Many people incorrectly eat some nutritious foods and end up losing their nutritional value. According to Pink Villa, there are 5 foods we eat in the wrong way.

1 - Kiwi: Kiwi peel is often removed before eating, but it is eaten with a fiber and Vitamin E and folate content increased by 50%, 32% and 34%.

2 - Tomatoes: Many of us do not like to cook tomatoes and prefer to eat them raw, but this is not the right way. Cooked tomatoes must be eaten to get the benefits of nutrients like "lycopene" that protects from tumors and heart disease. The nutrients increase if you heat the tomato.

3- Broccoli: Broccoli should be eaten raw or steamed. If you boil or fry it, you will lose its vital nutrients, including vitamin C, chlorophyll, antioxidants, anti-cancer compounds, and others.

4- Garlic: contains allicin, an important enzyme that only gets stronger when exposed to air. So garlic must be cut and left in the air for 10 minutes before using it.

5- Flaxseed: It contains vital nutrients such as fiber, «omega 3», crustaceans, plant nutrients, and others. However, our bodies cannot digest them when eaten whole.

So it must be ground into powder before eating, and eating it without it loses its beneficial properties.
