Heavy rainfall in Fujian, Guizhou and other places

  Yesterday, heavy rains or torrential rains occurred in parts of the western and southern Sichuan Basin, western Guizhou, southern Hunan, southwestern Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, and Guangxi.
