On June 1, two colleagues of the female patient and an ambulanceman who had contacted her were diagnosed. On the same night, four other people in Luquan Building were initially diagnosed. After inspection, Yuan Guoyong believed that there was a communication chain in the Kerry Logistics Center, and that there was also a communication chain in the Luquan Building, which reached four units on different floors.
Yuan Guoyong pointed out that the possibility of propagation caused by the pipe structure in the building is very low, and the greatest chance is to spread through public facilities. At least three units with diagnosed households share two lifts. The mailboxes of the concerned units are also very close to each other. At the same time, when patients are diagnosed, they may also spread the virus through the door handle when entering and leaving the gate of Luquan Building. Yuan Guoyong said that there may be a super communicator, the first confirmed 34-year-old female patient, to spread the virus in the building, so he emphasized that all residents of the whole building must submit a deep throat saliva sample to the Department of Health for testing as soon as possible. .
As to whether the residents of the entire building should be evacuated immediately, Yuan Guoyong believed that it was not necessary.
