Activist Rania Ezzat said, "The arrival of an Egyptian military plane to provide medical aid to the Congo and Zambia means deduction from pensions and employees, and obliging the citizen to muzzle, fines, and masks. There is no price, even if the prices are not borne by the overpowering citizen ... and there is no health care and the largest number of deaths in Africa ... they have sufficed enough." .
