The images have been in the news for the past few days, the eruption of American anger that is spreading across the country, a week now after the death of George Floyd.

George Floyd, a black man suffocated by a policeman who kept his knee on his neck despite his calls for help. From the country ignites: demonstrations, looting sometimes, and opposite the use of the National Guard and curfews imposed in several cities. We offer you an hour of analysis on RFI this evening: for the next twenty minutes, we will talk with my guests about the political response to this movement of anger, and then from 7:30 p.m., the debate of the day will be devoted to rights and justice for black Americans.
