According to a WHO report in December 2019, the number of people using tobacco on the planet has started to decrease for the first time. However, smoking remains the cause of nearly 8 million deaths worldwide each year.

On World No Tobacco Day, we take stock. What risks does tobacco pose to our health? How to achieve quitting smoking?
