  The site investigation by the forest police confirmed that both fires were caused by lightning strikes.

  At the fire site of the Xiaojiuya Forest Management and Shelter of the Kudur Forestry Bureau, the Forest Protection Bureau of the Administration mobilized 1,900 people to carry large mechanical equipment, water fire extinguishing facilities, and communication command vehicles to the fire site for fire fighting.
